Ingredients


  • 1 1/3 (8 oz.) cups ditalini (small tube shaped) pasta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 ¼ cups (32 oz.) meatless Italian sausage style crumbles
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano leaves, crushed
  • 2 cups (8 ½ oz.) frozen cut green beans
  • 2 cups (11 oz.) kidney beans
  • 4 cups (29 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 can (48 oz.) Campbell’s® Condensed Tomato Soup
  • 6 cups water

Instructions:

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and cool. Reserve for later use.

Heat a large pot over medium high heat. Add oil. Once hot, add the meatless Italian style sausage crumbles. Cook for 5 minutes or until browned and cooked through.

Add garlic, oregano, green beans, kidney beans and tomatoes. Stir to combine and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Add Campbell’s® Condensed Tomato Soup and water. Mix well. Heat to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.

Add in cooked pasta CCP: Heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F for 1 minute.
CCP: Hold for hot service at 140°F or higher until needed.

  • 1 can Campbell’s® Condensed Tomato Soup (48 oz)
  • 4 cups water
  • ½ cups (4 oz.) tahini paste
  • 1 ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper, ground
  • 2 cups (15 ½ oz) plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted

Instructions:

Combine Campbell’s® Condensed Tomato Soup, water, tahini, salt, and pepper in large sauce pot.

Simmer for 10-12minutes over medium heat.

Ingredients


Sauce

  • 4 cups butter, unsalted
  • 8 onions, minced
  • ½ cup garlic, minced
  • 3 cans (48 oz) Campbell’s® Condensed Tomato Soup
  • 12 cups milk
  • 3 tbsp salt
  • 3 tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 5 tbsp garam masala

Chicken

  • 9 lbs boneless chicken, cut into bite sized chunks (or substitute pre-cooked unbreaded chicken strips)

Instructions:

Melt 1 cup of the butter in a skillet over medium heat.

Stir in onion, garlic, and cook slowly until the onion caramelizes to a dark brown (approx. 15 minutes). Set aside.

Melt the remaining butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat

Add Campbell’s® Condensed Tomato Soup, milk, salt, cayenne pepper, and garam masala

Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to medium-low.

Cook chicken. Add cooked chicken and caramelized onion mixture to sauce.

Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally
