Thai Green Curry
- 100 g chicken
- 100 g broccoli
- 100 g cauliflower
- 6-7 basil
- 1 bell pepper
- 400 g coconut milk
- 1 tbsp Thai green curry paste
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 20 g bamboo shoots
- Stir fry curry paste with a little bit of coconut milk.
- Add chicken.
- Add vegetables and the rest of the coconut milk.
- Add fish sauce, sugar, and basil.
- Serve with rice.
