Coconut Milk Cookies-and-Cream CARNATION Hot Chocolate

Ingredients


  • ¾ cup (174 ml) CARNATION Rich and Creamy Hot Chocolate
  • 2 cups (500 ml) coconut milk
  • 1 cup (250 ml) whipped coconut cream
  • 2 crushed chocolate wafer cookies

Instructions:

Prepare hot chocolate using coconut milk and 1 cup (250 ml) water according to package directions.

Divide evenly among 4 mugs.

Top with whipped coconut cream and sprinkle with crushed cookies.

Eggnog CARNATION Rich & Creamy Hot Chocolate

Prep time: 5 minutes
Total time: 15 minutes

Ingredients


  • ¾ cup (175 ml) CARNATION Rich and Creamy Hot Chocolate
  • 3 cups (750 ml) Eggnog
  • ¼ tsp (1 ml) ground cinnamon

Instructions:

In saucepan set over medium heat, combine hot chocolate with eggnog.

Heat until steaming, stirring often; do not boil.

Divide evenly among 4 mugs.

Sprinkle with cinnamon.

CARNATION Hot Chocolate Cookies

Prep time: 20 minutes
Total time: 30 minutes

Ingredients


  • ¾ cup CARANTION Hot Chocolate Rich and Creamy
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 ½ cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 AERO Milk Chocolate Bubble Bars, chopped
  • 34 mini marshmallows
  • 1 MACKINTOSH Toffee Bar
  • 3 tbsp water
  • For garnish sea salt

Instructions:

In a large bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar.

Add CARNATION Rich and Creamy powder, eggs, and vanilla and stir until smooth.

Add the flour and baking powder and continue stirring until well blended. Then fold in AREO pieces.

Drop dough by the spoonful onto two parchment-lined cookie sheets.

Bake at 350 ͦ F for 10-11 minutes.

Immediately after removing from oven, use the back of a spoon to make an indentation on the tops of your cookies.

Press a mini marshmallow into the indents. Let cookies cool.

In the meantime, place Mackintosh Toffee and water in a medium saucepan set over medium low heat.

Stir frequently until completely melted.

Drizzle melted toffee on top of cookies. Sprinkle with sea salt and savour your favourite cup of hot chocolate, in cookie form!

CARNATION Hot Chocolate Frozen Ornament

Prep time:1 hour
Total time: 1 hour

Ingredients


  • 1 tub CARNATION Hot Chocolate Frozen Dessert
  • 12 mini peanut butter cups
  • 12 pieces (1-1/2-in. each) thin red licorice
  • Finely chopped toasted nuts

Instructions:

Line pan with aluminum foil, then spray with non-stick cooking spray; freeze at least 20 minutes.

Scoop 12 firmly packed scoops of CARNATION Hot Chocolate Frozen Dessert. Arrange scoops on pan and freeze for 2 hours.

Meanwhile, make “ornament hangers”. Poke holes in 2 small flat side of peanut butter cups with skewer. Add licorice “hanger” by pushing ends into holes. Freeze.

Roll “ornaments” in chopped nuts, leaving spot to attach “hanger.”

Attach “hanger” by pressing onto top of “ornament”; freeze 3 hours or until ready to serve.
