Smoked Salmon, Dill & Lemon Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:
- 250 g of spaghetti
- 1 generous drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and pressed
- 1 + ½ tsp. salted herbs
- 4 tbsp. maple syrup
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup coarsely chopped fresh dill
- 150 g of smoked salmon
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- Generously ground pepper
Directions
- In a pot of boiling water, cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
- In a large non-stick skillet, heat the drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic, salted herbs, maple syrup and sauté for a few seconds.
- Add the pasta, stir gently and continue cooking for 1 additional minute.
- Add the parmesan, dill, smoked salmon, lemon zest and juice, pepper, then coat the pasta well.
- Serve and enjoy.
