Smoked Salmon, Dill & Lemon Pasta Recipe

  1. In a pot of boiling water, cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
  2. In a large non-stick skillet, heat the drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic, salted herbs, maple syrup and sauté for a few seconds.
  3. Add the pasta, stir gently and continue cooking for 1 additional minute.
  4. Add the parmesan, dill, smoked salmon, lemon zest and juice, pepper, then coat the pasta well.
  5. Serve and enjoy.
